Use this page when you need help with account access, payment state, Telegram connection, or delivery behavior.
Account and billing
If your account is confirmed but still shows payment required, return to onboarding and retry checkout. Paystack webhooks may take a short time to update the dashboard.
Go to onboardingTelegram connection
If a connection remains pending, open your dashboard after payment is active and retry the Telegram connection from the latest in-app link. Do not use public support links to bypass billing or onboarding.
Community management is available from the paid dashboard.
Contact
Contact support with your account email, the affected community name, and the action you were trying to complete. Do not send passwords, payment card details, Telegram bot tokens, or webhook secrets.
